Chevy customers will soon be able to pump up the jams with Beats Music by downloading the app through the Chevrolet AppShop. This application gives customers access to an unbelievable amount of music from every genre that they are able to enjoy while cruising around in their vehicle. Users who who have a trail or paid Beats Music account are able to stream their personalized playlists or one of the playlists created by a music industry professional through the Chevy 4G LTE system. Unlike the standard application, the features on the in-vehicle Beats Music app that require a significant amount of attention will be unavailable while the vehicle is in motion. If you're familiar with Beats Music or are looking to give the new application a try, you can find the same features that are offered on your smartphone on the in-car version. Fan favorites like the "Just For You" recommendations or "Highlights" staff recommendations are both accessible through the in-car application. Remember, any playlists you create or have saved on your smartphone can be streamed through the in-car app, this includes the ability to choose one of the playlists customized for certain drive times - like a Sunday cruise or a traffic jam.
